Having outsourced social media in May, we are now benefiting from an increased profile across all platforms. This has seen weekly enquiries for our coaches, mentors and training providers. Given that, in the annual survey (1/3 response rate), many of you have asked to be informed of any leads generated, we encourage those who have not done so already, to upload your profile onto the directory. To access the directory and create/update your profile, please visit: https://coach-accreditation.services/login/
Those who have not yet responded to this important survey you can visit: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZS7WQ29

Master Coach Katrin Prentice is both our featured coach as well as training provider of the month. You can learn how she juggles a successful work-life balance here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bci6jkWz3HIThe IAPC&M website continues to be improved: we have new marketing material for you; new business related CPD webinars in the education area; and a newly launched research library. When you have a special achievement or milestone to celebrate, remember to send us details (with a photo) for inclusion on the site.
Annual renewals are now automated. You should, therefore, take immediate action when you receive a PayPal invoice, lest your hard-earned professional accreditation status expire unintentionally.
Our referral programme, to offer a 15% cash incentive to anyone who refers a new member, continues to be rewarding (about 6 Practitioners added to their income last month, with one being paid over £200!). The current rewards are:
APC £29.50 – £59.20
ASC £59.20 – £89.20
AMC £89.20 – £119.25
Keep the referrals coming in, in order to take advantage of this incentive!
Finally, we have created a Network Partner account with WEBECs, so watch out for more details in this week’s Weekly Bulletin. From August 9th, WBECS is offering the opportunity to view four complimentary live coaching demos with top thought leaders, each Thursday.
We are grateful for your continued loyal support, encouraging comments, constructive feedback, offers and suggestions.

Our capability based assessment procedure continues to receive great feedback:
“The process required to achieve my Accredited Fellow Mentor (AFM) was a thoroughly enjoyable one. Yes it took time, however, it reminded me of just how much I have accomplished over the last ten years as a Professional Business Mentor. It not only gave me a true sense of achievement, but also reassurance that I am still on the right track as well as re invigorating my motivation to keep going. Thank you David” J
Kerrie Dorman, AFC, Founder of ABM
“I’ve read carefully the assessment feedback and I realized how valuable and important is to have such a complex “mirror” that reflects with high accuracy a wide and profound range of capability growth areas that will positively compound my actual professional image as a coach.
I am fully committed to follow your and Dawn recommendations and to effectively use all the key learning resources provided.
Thank you for your support”.

Adele@coach-accreditation.servicesRound Table Discussion – “How the Authority handles Complaints”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThChNGq4Gm0You have made your clients aware of your complaints procedure, haven’t you? If not, you can download a generic one from the accredited members area. Adapt it as necessary then promote it; your clients will appreciate knowing you have a plan that protects them in the unlikely event something doesn’t go as well as expected.
This document, together with our Code of Professional Conduct are good documents to promote on your own website. They reinforce your relationship with your accreditation body as well as reassure your client that you have their well-being at heart.
