Ivanina Zaharieva is the new President of Sofia Coaching Support Group. Ivanina is a Life and Executive coach, psychologist and business consultant in organizational behavior. She runs her own business and is also experienced in different areas, such as HR management and recruitment, organizational development, management and leadership skills coaching, personal development and parents/children counseling.

Ivanina says: “My vocation is to be a coach! Personal improvement is my own and professional mission, coaching is my greatest professional inspiration. I believe that Nothing is Impossible! I think that everyone is responsible for the results in his or her own life, the choice whether to live it as ordinary or as a miracle is ours, every single day!”

Lena Koparanovа is the new President of Varna Coaching Support Group. Lena is a manager with many years of experience. She is married with two children. She has over five years management experience in the restaurant industry.

Over the past nine years, Lena is the owner and manager of real estate company RE / MAX Formula, in the city of Varna. She is a certified mentor on a number of training programs and to date has trained more than 150 successful agents.

In 2013 she started her journey in the world of coaching, when she attended Noble Manhattan’s “Introduction to Coaching Training” Day.

Lena says: “I realized coaching is the key to taking my team management efficiency to the next level. Coaching skills are absolutely instrumental in empowering me as a leader to help my team achieve higher results and greater performance. It is with great pleasure that I graduated from Noble Manhattan’s Practitioner Coach Certificate Program and am successfully implementing my newly acquired coaching skills for over a year now.“
