Many thanks for being part of our Family at Noble Manhattan Coaching and The Alpha Group. I hope you find the information we share helpful. I thought I would reach out and share with you some of the successes we have achieved this year, and the plan for the rest of the year.
We are now represented in over 30 countries around the world and will be looking to both develop these countries and to add many more to the list. The reason we wish to do this is a big part of our success, and it is our “WHY”, well, many of you know us already, so you will know the goal and the vision of The Alpha Group is to affect over 1 million businesses around the world, to help them to strategically think about how they can grow and develop their businesses.
To do this we have now over 100 regional directors in the world working with SMEs doing just that. We will be adding to that throughout the rest of the year with RD training courses in Dubai, Florida, Turkey, UK and possibly even Kenya at the end of the year.
I am very keen to speak to you about the opportunity of you joining us and helping us to help others. If however you feel this is not for you then -I do understand this, however many people who have joined us felt the same way until they understood the product and the methodology we use to help business owners around the world, after which they found that this is exactly what they have been looking for.

As you help your executives clarify their thinking, navigate extraordinary issues and find clear paths to success, you will be improving the lives of many. Probably more than you’ll ever know.
Facilitating one of our groups is a combination of listening and coaching and a blend of pushing and waiting. You’ll be the connecting point for your group of strong personalities, which creates unique opportunities for you to master arbitration and ensure everyone contributes. As an RD you need confidence, patience, assertiveness, and compassion.
We seek passionate leaders with strong business acumen, experience, and business development interests. Leaders come to The Alpha Group because they want to make a difference. They want to have an impact on today’s businesses and the economy. They want to drive innovation, take risks and push limits. Our Regional Directors are difference makers.
