If you have been following us then you will have seen just how much The Alpha Group has grown over the last 12 months. The UK market now has double the number of Regional Directors who either launched their board group, or in the process of doing so. Earlier this year we launched in the Middle East with over 30 Directors.

However, this is just one small step towards achieving our higher purpose which is to help 1 million SMEs grow substantially.

How does The Alpha Group work?

This is not your standard networking group. The Alpha Group members are CEOs, business owners and key executives of small and midsize companies with £1M-£60M in annual revenue, representing nearly every industry. This diversity is key to furnishing a board of members from non-competing industries, and providing members with relevant expertise, regardless of their industry or company size.

Who are The Alpha Group Regional Directors?

The Alpha Group Regional Directors are an elite group of independent contractors who build and run private boards of high-calibre business leaders from non-competing industries.

Generally, successful Directors are former or transitioning C-Level executives, Business Consultants, Business Coaches and Entrepreneurs with the following attributes: possess an entrepreneurial spirit with bold leadership skills, have a passion for mentoring others, be experienced in leading a high-performing team, be a strong connector and networker, have the ability to listen to — and challenge — CEOs and senior executives, have achieved a level success and are driven to give back.

What are the responsibilities of a Regional Directors?

With The Alpha Group’s support and assistance, RDs build their first group, recruiting members in order to initially launch, and then grow and sustain the group to up to 20 members. Every month they gather their members for candid, confidential boardroom table discussion of their most pressing business issues, using our tried and tested process and methodology. They can also meet one to one with members monthly to provide tailored executive coaching and guidance.
