A Daily Roadmap where you tick to indicate you have acknowledged your
daily 10 minute exercise
90 Days of Emails & Texts (Nudges) which follow the weekly format of
understanding GOALS, BEHAVIOUR, BELIEFS, LIMITING BELIEFS, NEGATIVE SELF
TALK
WHAT IT RESULTS IN:
A monthly non-coach directed process of uncovering what limits your/
your client’s behaviour ie small bad psychological habits – and then
an ability to spend 10 minutes a day creating a new effective behaviour,
practicing and then re-evaluating as you go! Because the map is
numbered – it’s easy to measure and also jump in and out of.
