The IIC&M is looking for a motivated and dynamic person to join their Leadership Team. The IIC&M is the international Accreditation Body for Coaching and Mentoring and is an organisation run by coaches, mentors, and others dedicated to raising awareness and working to promote best practice; with the aim to create excellence in the coaching and mentoring professions. This position is a volunteering position with the opportunity to earn an income stream through growth. No previous experience in coaching or mentoring is necessary but we do ask that each candidate applying has high-quality inter-personal skills, is goal oriented, has a genuine desire to help people as well as themselves achieve remarkable feats. Although this is a profit-sharing role, great rewards can be expected through the process of networking, while managing prestigious accounts for the IIC&M, with commission earning opportunities through growth. You will be working with the fastest growing accreditation body for coaching and mentoring. You will be supported by experienced Account Managers, so no true Account Management experience is required.
