I am writing this while in San Francisco helping to run an ALPHA Group training.
Things moved so rapidly within the Noble Manhattan group worldwide over the last few months that it is difficult to know where to start.
The ALPHA Group has gone from strength to strength with groups and directors recently launched in Dubai, Kuwait, Iran, Lebanon and more.
The Coaching support division is now launching new groups in the Balkans, San Francisco, Copenhagen and soon Fredericia.
We have now added Antalya in southern Turkey to 1 of our regular venues to run our PCD coach training residentials and are planning to run our first annual conference there on the 21st/22nd of October. And in the coming months we are going to be running coach training events and courses in Sofia, Moldova, Romania, Dubai, Beirut, Florida and San Francisco.
On top of that the ICN magazine is going from strength to strength with its recently launched issue, taking independent quality reporting on the coaching world to new heights.
We are also delighted to have received another award nominating Noble Manhattan Coaching as the best coach training school in the whole of the United Kingdom

Noble Manhattan Launched the First Coaching Support Group in Chisinau
Noble Manhattan launched the Coaching Support Group in Chisinau on 7 February 2019 with the purpose to promote the coaching and the benefits of coaching. Noble Manhattan is represented in the Republic of Moldova by Diana Moraru who is the Managing Director through International Coaching Solutions.
CSG Chisinau has the role of running monthly meetings where people from different fields interested in personal development and coaching can participate. CSG runs 2 events since it launched and had been invited Angela Stafii and Ana Niculaes as speakers. Angela Stafii who is a life coach and trainer with an experience of 16 years talked about values and their importance in our personal and professional life. Ana Niculeas who is a psychologist and the Founder of Psychologist clinic ”Consuela” talked about the individual, the family and the society, finalising with a practical exercise through which the participants could establish their own capital identity.

Noble Manhattan news from Lebanon and the Middle East
In an effort to make Coaching available to those who need it and raise the bar of Coaching in the region, SwiftShift/ Noble Manhattan Coaching signed an MOU with Challenge to Change an NGO to run the Coaching for Success program offered to women, aged 18 and above, from Lebanon, Jordan , Palestine, who would like to access free coaching support to help them deal with life or work challenges, bring about a progression in the workplace and those looking to enter the workforce or return to work after a career break. The NMC coaches will be offering the Pro Bono Coaching to C2C.
Last March 8 to 10th, 16 coaches from Lebanon and other 14 from Nigeria, UK, US, Romania, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark… were on an immersive Coaching experience in Antalya part of the Practitioner Coach Diploma of Noble Manhattan, loads of learning, bonding, new tools and partnerships run by international Master Trainers.
NMC MD for Levant was a guest speaker about “Passion Purpose” in a one of a kind initiative by Antonine University “Wellness & Mental Health week”
Noble Manhattan Coaching Levant was part of the Women Empowerment Event “Elle Fiesta” to promote Coaching and Accredited Diploma and raise awareness about the Power of Coaching.

A Successful Launch of The Alpha Group in Dubai
This month, Colin Lindsay & Gerard O’Donovan run a successful Alpha Group Regional Directors Training Programme in Dubai. We had attendees from Dubai, South Africa, Kuwait, Lebanon, Iran, the most incredible mix of people.
A huge shout-out to Mike Hoff, the TAG’s Regional Director for Dubai. He only started his own training for TAG last January, he has now already run 2 ALPHA Group meetings in his hometown of Dubai and has a team of approximately 10 other regional directors already in training and growing.
