Hi Everyone!
Well- what a month it has been-both from a personal and business perspective.
On the business front, we have had an interesting paradox-on the one hand our business has grown incredibly well throughout the summer and early autumn yet at the same time we experienced one of the worst IT catastrophes we have had in 15 years !!
Many of you will be aware that on 27 August we lost 57 websites !!!!
I won’t go into the horrific details, suffice to say that this was caused accidentally by a very experienced IT professional, making what can only be described as a 101 -classic mistake.
The good news is our IT team have been working constantly for the last month or so and have managed to restore a huge amount- under the leadership of our fantastic Webmaster Verge and project manager Xerxes- we would be lost without you guys !
We have also taken this opportunity to re-design and rebuild all of our main websites and also to do them in a way that is suitable for smart phones and tablets- something that we had been planning on doing but had never got around to – !- So I guess every cloud has a silver lining 🙂
On a personal level I took the whole of August off to be with my family- the weather here in Weymouth- ( that subtropical paradise in the South of England 😉 has been absolutely incredible – I even managed to spend quite a bit of time in my garden tending to my new hobby – growing fruit, vegetables etc- very meditative and relaxing and also going for many ride outs on my motorbike.
I’m also now beginning to plan next year’s – Adventure Motorbike Quest – although nothing is definite yet, I’m considering going across Turkey to Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, north of Iraq etc anyone fancy coming with me ??
WHAT NOW
Looking at the year ahead-many of our distributor partners are actively expanding their business-and this of course will lead to many new opportunities for people to join our many different teams.
Katrin and Brian are expanding from Bulgaria into Macedonia and Greece
Richard is looking to grow substantially. Not just throughout the UK and Ireland but also in the Netherlands and the UAE
Vali– has her eye firmly fixed on developing in Serbia, Spain, Australia and Hungary
Hikmet and her team are developing some great business both in Turkey and surrounding areas
Adam and his team are developing throughout Poland with a keen eye on Russia and beyond
The ICN ( International Coaching News) www.international-coaching-news.net has been given a completely new look and has grown its subscribers substantially to about 35,000- making it the largest coaching publication on the planet
CRI ( Coach Radio International ) www.coachradiointernational.com after a frustratingly long development period will now be launching in November J ( we can’t let you see the website until it is ready- it’s a surprise)
Coaching Blog ( www.coaching-blog.com ) has now been voted in the top 25 in the world for leadership and coaching- we are incredibly proud and pleased at this ( there are over 40 million blogs in this particular niche)
TAG ( The Alpha Group ) www.the-alpha-group.biz– is growing from strength to strength and we are now positioning Regional Directors from as far afield as Hong Kong and Dubai to Sydney and Johannesburg-
approximately 30 cities worldwide- ( only another 5000 to go ? )
OPPORTUNITIES
Currently we have something in the region of 300 people who work within Noble Manhattan and its various divisions worldwide.
Because of our current and future growth. It looks like we will have opportunities for dozens of more people to join some of our faculty and development teams.
